Bruce Fador, Business & Corporate Development

Bruce FadorBruce Fador joins Recognia in a Business and Corporate Development role and is currently the Managing Partner of Fador Global Resources which is a consulting and advisory business that provides insight, information and perspective on sales and business development issues, product positioning needs, M&A strategies, and organizational and resource assessment. 

Bruce most recently was the Chief Executive Officer of Financial Research Corporation (FRC).  In this role, he was focused on developing new targeted products, establishing new partnerships and working to have FRC become an essential piece of client strategic planning.  Prior to FRC, Bruce was the Chief Operating Officer of Decision Resources Financial a new division of Decision Resources.

Before these most recent positions, Bruce has held a number of senior positions with financial research companies including Weiss Ratings which was acquired by TheStreet.com, and he was CEO and president of WorldStreet, a software solutions provider serving the securities industry whose assets were acquired by Thomson Reuters.

Between 1992 and 1998, Bruce was president and CEO of Thomson First Call, one of the nation's leading distributors of research to Wall Street, where he created several new products and business units and was instrumental in the growth of the company's highly recognized global, on-line distribution network for financial research.

Mr. Fador received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and attended the Executive Development Program at INSEAD in Fountainbleu France.  He is currently on the Board of Virtua, a financial modeling company and has been an advisor to numerous companies.
