Ken is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of senior management experience working in a range of businesses and industries ranging from start-ups to publically listed companies. Prior to joining Recognia, Ken was the Chief Financial Officer for various Ottawa-based software companies including Sidense, Watchfire and Third Brigade. Third Brigade was acquired by Trend Micro in May, 2009 and Watchfire was acquired by IBM in July, 2007. Ken was also previously the VP of Finance at Alliance Atlantis Communications, a $600 million company listed on both the TSX and NASDAQ and a Senior Manager within the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Toronto. Ken is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia.
