Sam brings over twenty years of experience fostering customer and partner relationships with heavy emphasis on international sales and business development. In his role at Recognia, Sam is responsible for all revenue generating activities; ensuring all sales, product, and marketing resources are aligned.
Prior to joining Recognia, Sam was VP worldwide sales for Third Brigade, where the company became recognized as a leader in its field and was sold to Trend Micro. Prior to Third Brigade he was the Senior Vice President, Sales & Services at Entrust, Inc. During his time at Entrust, Mr. Morcos held senior management positions in sales, channel programs and operations, including Vice President Operations, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Mr. Morcos was also the Vice President Worldwide Sales for Klocwork, Inc. and previously spent nine years at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Morcos received a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Waterloo, a Master’s degree in Instrumentation Physics from the University of Utah and a MBA from York University.
