Our commitment is to have daily alerts available no less than 2 hours before the market opens so everyone should have them in their inboxes by 7 am local time to prepare for the day’s trading. In practice, the alerts arrive earlier, often 11pm local time after market close. There’s a lot of data to process (65,000 instruments for more than 55 exchanges worldwide, 50+ Technical Event types, millions of provisioned alert users) but we are continuously improving delivery time in various areas of our system.
